Kathmandu — Actor and producer Jitu Nepal's upcoming film I Am Jit Bahadur has released its title song through OSR Digital on Tuesday, and it comes with a compelling musical pedigree: Indian singer Kailash Kher lends his distinctive voice to the track.
The song features lyrics by Jitu Nepal and Raj Singh Sidhu, with music composed by Bob SN. The music video unfolds in a montage style, following the journey of a young man from a village who arrives in the city carrying a dream of becoming an actor — a premise that echoes countless real stories from Nepal's creative community. The video features Jitu Nepal alongside Barsha Raut, Priyanka Karki, Sandeep Kshetri, and Deshbhakta Khanal, among others.
Directed by Indian filmmaker Suvendhu Ghosh, the film also stars Pawan Khatiwada, Sara Sharma, Anshu Maharjan, Rajan Sinkhada, Niraj Nepal, and Rohit Karki, among others. The film's entire post-production has been completed in India. It is produced under the banner of Karmabhumi Creation, with Nishchal Kunwar and Niraj Nepal as executive producers and Rajan Sinkhada and Dipendra Adhikari as co-producers. Cinematography is by Indian DOP Arvind.
I Am Jit Bahadur is scheduled to release on Ashar 5.
